There are so many skateparks to skate in France and great extreme sports events. The most famous event is the FISE (Festival International des Sports Extrêmes) in Montpellier created in 1997 by Hervé André-Benoit. This competition remains one the biggest in the world like the X-games in USA.

“The FISE brings together a broad range of extreme disciplines in one sunny spot : Mountain Bike Slopestyle, BMX Freestyle, BMX and Flatland, Sk8, Agressive inline skating, Wakeboard and Parkour. “

5. Bercy Skatepark, Paris, France (update)

The Bercy skatepark was a legendary hangout for the city’s skaters. Unfortunately it was destroyed due to an accident. A temporary skatepark is now opened and the result is 🤬 🤬 🤬 . According to me it’s a shit compared to the “old” one  which was the second biggest skatepark in Paris. I spent a lot of time on the “old” spot and I had so good memories.
