A skatepark is a fun place. It’s purpose-built recreational environment made for skateboarding, scooter, BMX and aggressive inline skating. We all know that however it is still complicated to list all elements that make up a skatepark and to put a name in front of each element. Indeed, each one can have its own definition. That’s why the RMP team has created this list of skatepark elements with visuals. If you want some fun fact you will learn that the first skatepark in the world, Surf City, opened for business in Tucson, Arizona on September 3, 1965 (wikipedia article here). By the way, we count on you if some elements are missing :). You can find here the FR version.
