Spot with 3 gaps of different levels. Pretty hard to hit but the ground is usually clean (bring a broom just in case). A double incline at the end of the spot is pretty interesting. Overall, you really gotta send it on this spot. The issue is that during school periods and when there are events in the gym next door, the parking lot fills up and the gap isn’t rideable.
