The main area outside (inbetween the buildings) has a large 3 stair but it's more like a 3 block. Near to this there is a grass bank that starts at a point and goes to well over a meter wide which is good for Ollie's boneless's and so on. Another nice feature is round the corner towards the road of the health centre there is a ledge tht is very smooth and abt 1 foot high and around 5-6 feet long
